Dates and Timings

To sign your child up for this once‑in‑a‑lifetime event, stay on our website and sign into your account, then follow the steps below:

  • Select “Enrol and Pay Fees”.
  • Scroll down and chose “TUTS Show Fee – £10” and add it to your basket.
  • Pay at checkout to secure your child’s place.

Please note: your child must already be enrolled in their school’s After School Club to take part in this event.

FAQS

  • Do I need to stay with my child on the day?

Yes – a responsible adult must stay on site while your child is at the festival.
When they’re called to perform, you’ll sign them in with our team, and they’ll be in our care for their performance slot.
A full Parent Information Pack will be sent out before the big day.

  • Where can I book my tickets?

Early bird tickets will go live on 1st April.
You’ll receive booking details directly, and tickets are first come, first served.

  • Are there any extra rehearsals?

No extra rehearsals.
Everything is learnt in normal after school project time – we just ask for a little practice at home to help your child feel ready and confident!

  • Do I need to buy a ticket to see my child perform?

Yes – all adults attending the festival will need a ticket.

  • What if it rains?

The festival goes ahead in all weather unless it becomes unsafe – pack for sunshine and showers!

  • Is there parking?

Yes – there will be a car park a short walk from the venue.

  • Will there be food and drink?

Yes – plenty of stalls and refreshments to enjoy throughout the weekend!

  • What should my child bring?

A labelled water bottle, their theatre blacks and any medication (clearly labelled). More information to be sent out in the Parent Pack closer to the time.

Join us in creating something truly magical! We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help bring our 20 Year Anniversary Theatre Under the Stars Festival to life on 4th & 5th July 2026.
From welcoming families to supporting backstage or helping the festival site run smoothly, every role helps make the weekend unforgettable.
As a thank‑you, each volunteer receives two free tickets – one for you and one for a plus‑one – to enjoy a performance slot of your choice.

Vendor Applications – Theatre Under the Stars 2026

We’re excited to welcome a range of local businesses, creatives, and independent traders to be part of Theatre Under the Stars, celebrating 20 years of The Star Project on 4th & 5th July 2026.

With our vendor area positioned alongside our MainStage performances, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business at a vibrant, family-focused festival, with 700+ expected attendees across the weekend.

How to Apply

Once submitted, all applications will be carefully reviewed to ensure a varied and balanced selection of vendors for the event.

Successful applicants will be contacted with confirmation details, pitch information, and payment instructions.

  • £50 – Full Day

  • £80 – Full Weekend
